Refund Policy
• Should you wish to return your purchase due to quality defaults please contact our company within 3 days from the date of receipt. You must also provide the outer packaging box and photo of the purchased product. Our company will arrange a replacement of the purchased item after it is verified that the product is not caused by mishandling and or improper use.
• Our company only accepts return requests for reasons related to product quality problems.
• Should you contact our company after 3 days of receipt, the said purchased product cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The returned product must be unopened, unused, and returned with (if applicable) accessories and instructions.
• Should your product fail to be delivered and is returned to us, our company will rearrange delivery but the delivery fee shall be borne by the recipient.
• The product pictures on our website are for reference, and the visuals of the actual product shall prevail.

退換貨政策
• 如收貨後發現貨品有任何質量問題或錯漏,請於收貨日起3天內聯絡本公司,並提供貨品外箱及貨品的照片。如經核實該問題非人為或由不當使用引起,本公司會安排更換貨品。
• 本公司只接受產品質量問題相關原因的退貨要求。
• 如超過收貨日起計3天聯絡本公司退換貨品,恕不能作出相關安排。
• 基於衛生原則,相關退換貨品必須未經開封及使用,並保留所有包裝、配件及說明書等 (如適用)。
• 若商品未能成功派件而被退回,本公司會重新安排運送,但重新派送產生的運費將由買家承擔,敬請留意。
• 如因運送過程造成貨品損毀的問題,本公司會為您提供商品換貨服務。
